In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”), this Privacy Policy informs users of the services of Fourvenues (hereinafter, the “Data Subject”) about the conditions under which their personal data will be processed.
In the course of its professional activity, Fourvenues provides software services to other companies that organize events, offering the digital infrastructure to manage online ticket sales. In this context, Fourvenues processes the personal data of the Data Subject as data controller, on a contractual basis, determining the purposes and means of processing.
All personal data requested from the Data Subject are mandatory. Without such processing, the provision of services by the Controller would not be possible.
With respect to the sending of commercial communications, the Data Subject will always and at any time have the right to object through a simple and free procedure by contacting legal@fourvenues.com, as indicated in each commercial communication received.

As the limitation period for contractual liability expires after five (5) years, the Data Subject’s data may be retained for up to five years after the termination of the contractual relationship. Should the Data Subject exercise their right to erasure, Fourvenues will block the data but will not delete them until the five years have elapsed. |

Event organizing/sponsoring companies for events the Data Subject wishes to attend. The legal basis for such disclosure is contractual obligation. Fourvenues Collaborators, so they may be aware of certain activity of the User (related to the events for which the respective Collaborator invited the User to attend or participate). Collaborators will also act as independent data controllers for the User data they access. Such processing is legitimized based on an existing business relationship between the Collaborator and the User. |

As a general rule, no international transfers of personal data will take place. Should this circumstance change, such transfers will be regulated in all cases by the appropriate legal instrument to provide adequate safeguards where no adequacy decision has been adopted regarding the destination country.
In particular, international transfers of personal data will be regulated by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. Further information on international transfers and the safeguard mechanisms in place, where applicable, may be obtained by contacting legal@fourvenues.com.
The Data Subject guarantees that they are over eighteen (18) years of age and that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up to date, being solely responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may result from failure to comply with this obligation. Fourvenues shall not be liable for any incident arising from the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided by Data Subjects, beyond honoring their right to rectification.
If the Data Subject provides data relating to third parties, they guarantee that such third parties have been informed of the aspects contained herein and that they have previously obtained the legally required authorization or consent to provide their data to Fourvenues for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, the Data Subject is informed that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, data portability, and restriction of processing directly with Fourvenues by sending a request including their name, surname, and account-related data (e-mail address or phone number) to the following e-mail address: legal@fourvenues.com.
If, after exercising their rights with the Controller, the Data Subject considers that their rights have been infringed, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
