In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and in particular its Article 10, this legal notice (the "Legal Notice") is made available to users.
Access, browsing, and use of the website https://www.fourvenues.com/es (the "Website") imply tacit and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions of this Legal Notice, which has the same validity and effectiveness as any contract concluded in writing and signed.
Their observance and compliance will be enforceable against any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Website. If you do not agree with the conditions set forth, do not access, browse, or use the Website.

2. OBJECT
This Legal Notice governs access, navigation, and use of the Website. We hereby inform users of their rights and obligations regarding the content displayed therein, the logos and trademarks used, and any liabilities that may arise from their use.
Access to the Website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the user. The purpose of the Website is primarily to present FOURVENUES INC. BRANCH IN SPAIN.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Fourvenues reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of the Website, as well as this Legal Notice, so users are advised to review it regularly. Access and/or use of the Website after any modifications or changes become effective constitute acceptance of them.
In this regard, the services provided by Fourvenues consist of providing software services to other event-organizing companies, providing the digital infrastructure to manage the online sale of tickets for said events. Fourvenues' services will be priced as determined in the relevant service provision agreement.
3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Fourvenues is the owner or, where applicable, holds the corresponding licenses for the intellectual, industrial, image or any other similar property rights on the Website, as well as all content offered therein, including, but not limited to, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces or any other information or content included therein.
Users are only granted a non-exclusive right of use, within a strictly personal scope and for the sole purpose of browsing the Website in accordance with this Legal Notice.
4. RULES FOR USING THE WEBSITE
1. Access to or use of the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, whether or not for financial gain, is prohibited (and, therefore, the consequences will be the sole responsibility of users). Specifically, and without limitation, the following are prohibited:
- i. use the Website in any way that may cause damage, interruptions, inefficiencies or defects in the operation of these or third-party devices;
- ii. use the Website to transmit, install or publish any virus, Trojan horse, worm, malicious code or other harmful or illegal programs or files;
- iii. Use the Website to transmit any material for advertising or promotional purposes, including spam, chain letters, or similar, without the prior express written authorization of Fourvenues;
- iv. use the Website in a manner that constitutes a violation of any rights of Fourvenues or any third party;
- v. use the Website to transmit or publish any material that is defamatory, offensive, racist, vulgar, degrading, pornographic, obscene or threatening in nature or that may annoy, harm or merely affect any person in the opinion of Fourvenues;
- vi. use the Website to collect personal data from other users;
- vii. use the Website in an illegal manner, contrary to good faith, morality and/or public order;
- viii. Unauthorized access to any section of the Website, other systems or networks connected to the Website, any Fourvenues server, or the services offered through the Website by means of hacking, forgery, password mining, or any other illegitimate means or as set forth in this Legal Notice;
- ix. Take any action that causes a disproportionate or unnecessary load on the Website's infrastructure or on the systems or networks used or owned by Fourvenues, as well as on the systems and networks connected to the Website.
Failure to comply with any of the above obligations by Website users may lead to Fourvenues taking appropriate measures under the law and in the exercise of its legitimate interests.
2. Collection of user information. Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 8 of this Legal Notice, as well as the privacy policies accessible from the Website and which may be applicable at any time, the use of certain services or requests directed to Fourvenues are subject to the prior completion of the forms on the Website.
All information provided by the user through the Website forms for the aforementioned purposes or any other purposes must be truthful. For these purposes, the user guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and will keep the information provided to Fourvenues fully updated so that it reflects the user's actual situation at all times. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to Fourvenues or third parties by the information provided.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES
Fourvenues cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness, or veracity of absolutely all the information contained on the Website, nor the usefulness or veracity of the content made available to users through it.
Consequently, Fourvenues does not guarantee or accept responsibility for:
- i. the continuity of the contents of the Website;
- ii. the absence of errors in said contents;
- iii. the absence of viruses, Trojans, worms and/or other malicious or technologically harmful components on the Website or the server that supplies them;
- iv. the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impossibility of violating the security measures adopted therein;
- v. the lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the Website;
- vi. Website failures caused by any type of attack on its servers or those of Fourvenues' third-party service providers, as well as technical or security failures in the system of any of said providers that prevent the Website from functioning properly;
- vii. any technical failure of any kind that hinders, delays or prevents the correct functioning of the Website;
- vii. Any damage or harm caused to themselves or a third party by any person who violates the conditions, rules, and instructions established by Fourvenues on the Website or through the breach of security systems.
Fourvenues declares that it has adopted all necessary measures, within its capabilities and the state of the art, to guarantee the functioning of the Website and minimize system errors, both from a technical perspective and in terms of the content published on the Website.
Fourvenues shall not be liable for the veracity, integrity, or timeliness of information published on the Website from sources other than its own, nor for information contained on other platforms linked to from the Website.
Fourvenues reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, browsing, use, hosting, and/or downloading of content and/or use of the Website's services, with or without prior notice, to users who violate any of the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, without the possibility of claiming compensation for this cause.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Fourvenues shall not be liable for any delays or failures that may occur in the access, operation, and functionality of the Website, its contents and/or services, nor for any interruptions, suspensions, or malfunctions thereof, when these are due to breakdowns caused by any force majeure or unforeseeable event.
Fourvenues shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any action where such failure or delay is due to events beyond Fourvenues' reasonable control (the "Force Majeure Event").
Force Majeure Events shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and, among others, the following:
- i. Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action;
- ii. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
- iii. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster;
- iv. Inability to use trains, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles or other means of transport, whether public or private;
- v. Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems;
- vi. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
It will be understood that the aforementioned actions will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and Fourvenues will have an extension of the deadline for compliance with them for a period equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. Fourvenues will use all reasonable means to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that allows Fourvenues to fulfill its obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Fourvenues will respond to claims or queries as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one (1) month.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION.
In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, Fourvenues is the controller of all personal data provided during the use of the Website, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which users must read and, where applicable, accept and/or consent to. 9. SAFEGUARD CLAUSE
All clauses or provisions of this Legal Notice must be interpreted independently. The remaining clauses will not be affected if one of them has been declared invalid by a final court ruling or arbitration award. The affected clause or clauses will be replaced by one or more clauses that preserve the intended effects of this Legal Notice.
10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
Access to and use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation and/or application of this Legal Notice, the competent courts will be those provided for by the applicable legal regulations, and if permitted, any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
