Terms and conditions
1. It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, illegal substances, weapons or dangerous objects to the event.
2. Right of admission under the provisions of the current Public Entertainment Law.
3. It is a requirement to meet the minimum age for access to the room. It will be essential to show the original ID or other valid identification document, photocopies are NOT allowed, since the organization of the event is not responsible for stolen / counterfeit tickets.
4. Entry and/or permanence in the event is limited to any person who:
4.a Is intoxicated or consumes any type of narcotic or illegal substance.
4.b Provoke or incite any disorder or act of violence within the event.
4.c Does not comply with the clothing regulations established by the establishment.
4.d Does not comply with the hygienic and sanitary measures of the establishment.
5. All attendees may be subjected to a search by the security team at the access to the event, following the guidelines of the Law on Public Entertainment and Private Security. In case of refusal, entry to the event will be prohibited.
6. The attending public may appear in images taken by different means. The organization may record, broadcast and film the attendees.
7. The return or refund of tickets will only be allowed when the event is previously CANCELED by the organization itself.
8. Only the reserved area will be guaranteed up to a maximum of 3 hours after the start of the event. After this time, the reservation will be subject to modification without the right to change or refund.
